Vega
Sol Mark
Vega is the principal star of the constellation Lyra, mythologically associated with Orpheus’s lyre — the instrument the musician and poet used to enchant animals, make stones weep, move trees, and stir the gods themselves.
Orpheus loses the love of his life, Eurydice, shortly after their wedding. Devastated, he descends into the underworld to bring her back. Through the power of his music, he persuades the gods to return his beloved to him. But there is one condition: he must cross the realm of the dead with her walking behind him, without ever turning to look at her. Just before reaching the surface, unable to resist, he turns around — and loses her forever.
In Asian mythology, Vega and Altair are lovers separated by jealous gods, who placed the Milky Way between them. They are allowed to meet only once a year, embodying distant love, patience, cosmic encounters, and destiny.
There are bridges.
Between what was, what is, and what could be.
The horizon becomes a vertex to the left, to the right.
An urgency of stillness An inertia of speed.
An act of trust, a magical territory
Patience, the conquest of time
