Vega
Matias Castagnola // Ar-de
Vega, one of the brightest stars visible from Berlin, was known in Arabic astronomy as an-nasr al-wāqiʿ—the Falling Eagle. While today it is often associated with Lyra and the symbolism of music, earlier traditions imagined it as a bird in descent, a celestial point of orientation.
This psychodrama workshop takes Vega as a reference for attunement. Through music, simple movement, and symbolic action, participants are invited to slow down, listen, and reconnect with their own rhythm. Rather than encouraging interpretation or performance, the workshop creates a space for resonance amid the many impressions of the exhibition.
Music serves as a guide, much like a star: not telling us where to go, but helping us orient ourselves. In this sense, the Falling Eagle becomes an image of transition—from dispersion to presence, from saturation to listening.
